While we spend thousands of dollars each month to obtain high quality leads we certainly cannot guarantee that they will respond to any particular offer. Names are only as good as the offer being mailed to them. We are not responsible for any results or lack of results when mailing to these names.

You may have been referred to us by a company or individual as a place to obtain names. Many companies and individuals refer customers to us as a provider of leads, many times without our Knowledge or approval. Please under­stand that we are in no wav associated with the company or individual who may have referred you. Any ques­tions you may have about the program, product, service or opportunity you are promoting or mailing should be directed to the company you purchased the program or product from. We cannot answer any questions about programs or prod­ucts and do not endorse any product or program. We highly suggest you investigate the company you are promot­ing and/or the legitimacy or legality of the product or program with A Qualified Attorney, The Better Business Bureau, Postal Inspector, State Attorney General or the FTC before you participate.

About Response Rates

There is simply NO WAY anyone can guarantee a certain response rate for ANY list. Anyonewhodo.es is lying to you. There are simply too many variables involved in a direct mailing package. We cannot and do not guaran­tee or imply that you will receive any specific response rate when mailing to these names.

Undeliverable Names—Or “Nixies”

While we do our very best to maintain and clean our lists on a daily basis, there are always going to be some names that cannot be delivered for one reason or another. These are called “nixies”. Every list will have nixies because of data entry errors, people suddenly moving or boxes closing or mistakes by the post office. All our names are CASS certified against the US postal data bases. However, this only assures that the US Postal service recognizes the ad­dress as a valid address. It does not mean that the person who it is addressed to actually lives at that address. To maxi­mize your deliverability and chance of response, your mailing piece can contain the phrase “Or Deliver To Current Resident” or some similar notation. This way your mailing piece will still be delivered if the address is valid.

People many times get so concerned about deliverability that they forget about concentrating on a response. In the mailing list industry anything above 90% deliverability is considered good, anything above 95% is considered excel­lent. We stand behind our names, unlike many other list companies. In order to keep our prices competitive and fair we offer the following nixie policy:

We guarantee our names to be as deliverable as possible for 60 days from the date of your invoice. For the first 5% names that are undeliverable, or nixies as they are called, v/e will ship you replacement names at our cost at a ratio of 5 to 1. In other words, for any nixie up to 5% of your total invoiced order we will ship you five names for each nixie free of charge. For any nixies that surpass the 5% we will refund your postage up to 50c for each name over the 5%. For example, if you ordered 1,000 names and have 60 nixies, you would receive 250 free replacement names (this would be 5%) plus the postage for the additional 10 names.

All claims for nixie replacements or refunds MUST be submitted within 60 days from the date of our in­voice and MUST include the following: 1. Front panel of your mailing piece, showing our label, the reason it was undeliverable, your postage and the postmark, 2. A copy of our original invoice to you, 3. A total count of the nixies enclosed. Any nixie refunds submitted without these items cannot be processed. Replacement names and/ or refunds will be shipped out within two weeks from the receipt of your request. Note: If you send us any names that were not supplied by TJT Marketing Associates your entire nixie claim may be voided! We will check the labels to be sure they were in fact shipped to you by TJT Marketing.
